Accepted Payment Methods
Ulivsak accepts the following payment methods for course enrollment and service fees:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Electronic payment systems
- Bank transfers
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Ulivsak does not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
Pricing and Fees
Course prices and service fees are displayed on our website in the applicable currency. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Ulivsak reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect enrollments or purchases already completed.
Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information and completing a transaction, you authorize Ulivsak to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.
Payment authorization may be verified before course access is granted. In cases where payment authorization fails or is declined, enrollment will not be processed until valid payment is received.
Billing and Invoices
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing transaction details and a receipt. Invoices can be accessed through your account dashboard or requested by contacting our support team at support@ulivsak.com.
For recurring subscription payments, you will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. A receipt will be sent to your registered email address after each successful payment.
Recurring Payments and Subscriptions
Certain courses or services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize Ulivsak to charge your payment method automatically at the specified intervals (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you cancel the subscription.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming period. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or other reasons, Ulivsak will attempt to notify you via email. Access to courses or services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
You are responsible for updating your payment information and ensuring that payments can be completed. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your enrollment or subscription.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review that document for complete information regarding refund requests, processing times, and conditions.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Currency and Conversion
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. Ulivsak is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your financial institution.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction. Ulivsak will collect and remit taxes as required by law. Tax amounts, when applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us immediately at support@ulivsak.com. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Ulivsak may result in suspension of your account and access to services while the dispute is under review.

Ulivsak takes payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways that comply with industry standards. We implement reasonable measures to protect your payment information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment processing services are provided by third-party partners. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those payment processors. Ulivsak is not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment processing services.
